Acceptable Use Policy

You may not offer, request, promote, or facilitate:

• Adult content and services — pornography, escort, sugar-dating, cam or fetish content, or age-restricted intimate services.
• Gambling and games of chance — sportsbooks, casino operations, lotteries, sweepstakes, fantasy-for-cash, or gambling affiliate schemes.
• Unlicensed financial services — money transmission, forex or CFD signals for real trades, tokenized-security promotion, unlicensed lending, "guaranteed return" investment schemes.
• Cryptocurrency operations — mixers/tumblers, unlicensed exchanges, ICO/IDO/IEO marketing, private-key custody, memecoin pumping, or airdrop farming for hire.
• Multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, matrix schemes, or recruitment funnels for the same.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or their controlled components.
• Controlled substances — recreational drugs, prescription medication, kratom, delta-8/delta-9 THC where restricted, unregistered supplements, or steroid sourcing.
• Counterfeit or infringing goods — replica luxury items, cracked software, pirated media, key-generators, resold licenses.
• Academic dishonesty — writing graded assignments, taking exams on behalf of others, or ghost-writing dissertations for submission.
• Hate, harassment, or violent extremism — content targeting protected classes, terrorist recruitment, or incitement to violence.
• CSAM or child endangerment — zero tolerance; reported to authorities.
• Doxxing, stalking, or surveillance for hire — including unauthorized location tracking or spyware installation.
• Hacking-for-hire — unauthorized access, DDoS, credential stuffing, phishing kits, malware, botnet operations, or "SIM-swap" services.
• Fake engagement — bought reviews, followers, votes, streams, or ranking manipulation on any platform.
• Deceptive or fraudulent services — fake documents, fake IDs, chargeback-for-hire, mule accounts, or refund-fraud coaching.
• Political interference — deepfakes of political figures, coordinated inauthentic behavior, ad-hoc voter suppression.
• Sanctions violations — services to or from OFAC/EU/UK/UN sanctioned individuals, entities, or comprehensively sanctioned regions.

These categories are allowed but require additional review and, where applicable, proof of licensing:

• Legal, medical, tax, and financial advisory — must be qualified in the jurisdiction served and clearly disclose scope of practice.
• Alcohol, tobacco, and cannabis marketing — allowed only where legal in both seller's and buyer's jurisdiction, and never targeted at minors.
• Firearms accessories (non-functional cosmetic parts, holsters) — allowed; live weapons and ammunition are not.
• Political campaign work — must be disclosed to Frevn on request and comply with local electoral law.
• Adult-adjacent creative work (tasteful pin-up, boudoir photography editing) — allowed only if non-explicit and compliant with our content standards.
• AI-generated deliverables — allowed, but sellers must accurately represent AI use in gig descriptions and honor any client "no-AI" requirements.

Depending on severity and history, violations may result in:

• Content or gig removal without refund of promotion spend.
• Warnings, temporary restrictions, or shadow-limits on visibility.
• Immediate account suspension with funds held pending investigation.
• Permanent ban and forfeiture of undisbursed balances used to offset fraud/chargeback losses.
• Referral to law enforcement, financial regulators, or payment partners.

Serious categories (CSAM, terrorism, sanctions, hacking-for-hire, weapons) result in immediate permanent ban and mandatory reporting — there is no appeal.

If you believe a gig, message, or profile violates this policy, use the "Report" action on the relevant item, or contact us via the Help Center. Reports are triaged by our Trust & Safety team; we may follow up for additional context.
